What we collect when you order or ask for samples
Your name, your café's name, your mobile number, your delivery address, your email if you give it, and what you ordered or asked to try. For sample requests, also your answers to the four questions.
We use these to pack and ship your order with J&T, to send you the receipt, to reply about your samples, and to keep our sales and tax records. Our team (the people who pack, ship and answer your messages) can see them. Card, GCash and Maya payments are handled by PayMongo; we never see your card number.
We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Sample requests that never became an order are deleted after two years.
Cookies
yuni_attr remembers how you first found us (for example a search, an Instagram post or an ad), so we can tell which of these bring cafés to Yuni. Until you answer the cookie question it is deleted when you close your browser. If you choose OK, it lasts 90 days.
yuni_consent remembers your answer to the cookie question for 180 days, so we don't ask again.
If you choose No thanks, nothing is sent to Meta and the yuni_attr cookie still disappears when you close your browser.
Instagram and Facebook ads
Only if you choose OK: the site loads the Meta Pixel, and when you ask for samples, start an order or pay, we tell Meta that it happened. Before anything leaves our server, your phone number and email are scrambled (hashed) so they can't be read. Meta uses this to show our ads to similar cafés and to tell us which ads worked. We don't send your name or address.

Orders on this site are sold by YUNI BUSINESS CONSULTANCY SERVICES, Aries Delima Compound, Dasmariñas, Cavite, Philippines.
To see, correct or delete your details, message us on Messenger with your order number (for example Web #1001) or your mobile number. We reply within a few working days. Your rights under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 apply.
