How much is shipping?
Orders of 5 bags (1kg) or more ship free anywhere in the Philippines with J&T. For fewer than 5 bags, you pay J&T for shipping when the parcel arrives (COD).
How soon does an order ship?
Orders ship 1–2 days after payment. We hand them to J&T and send you the tracking number once it ships.
Is there a minimum order?
One 200g bag. You can mix teas in one order.
Do you sell 1kg bags?
We sell 200g bags. The 1kg price on each tea is for reference only: it is the price of 5 × 200g bags.
Do the prices include VAT?
Yes. Every price on this site includes 12% VAT. The order total shows the VAT amount separately.
How do we pay?
By card, GCash or Maya on a secure PayMongo page, or by bank transfer or GCash send money. For a transfer, we show our account details after you place the order and ship once the payment arrives.
Do you deliver outside Metro Manila?
Yes. We ship anywhere in the Philippines with J&T.
Can we try the teas first?
Yes. Samples available. Answer four questions about your drinks and we'll suggest up to 3 teas to try with your team, in 20g bags (₱258 to ₱515 each, incl. VAT). Shipping is paid on delivery. Order samples.
Do we get the sample price back?
Yes, once. Order 5 or more 200g bags within 60 days of paying for your samples, using the same mobile number or email, and the sample price comes off that order automatically.
Where do the teas come from?
Suzumine, Ceisui and Hojicha are from Mie. Syunka, Syunka Barista Grade, Kirisato and Reimei are from Kagoshima. Each tea's label says where it grew. See the teas.
